Essential Info

Timing

Our venue is accessible from 8am Thursday (set up) until 10am Monday (pack down)
Music and Caravan bar to conclude at 11pm on the day, with guests departed by 11.30pm (excluding accommodation guests)

Payment

10% payable at the time of booking.

40% payable 12 weeks out from your date.

50% remainder to be paid 7 days prior to your date.

A $500 bond is applicable to all bookings to cover any potential damages to the accommodation, grounds or wedding venue.

Cancellation

If cancellation occurs within 4 weeks of your booking date the already paid 50% booking total is forfeited. The venue will endeavor to fill the date, and in the case of the date being filled you will be eligible for reimbursement.

Packages do not include:

Food, Alcohol, crockery or cutlery

Tables and chairs, wedding arch, flowers or decoration - we can suggest great local vendors

Recycling / rubbish removal - can be included for $120 fee
